2012
The plan…
Our 2012 program was extensive. We prepared a fleet of racecars, some adapted, for instruction and competition in a range of disciplines in the UK and abroad. This span circuit, sprint and endurance racing, with a development program assisting with adaptation and licensing. We ran a powerboat in the P1 Superstock Offshore championships, and are instigated a training and education that delivered basic ‘aid to independence’ training through to full race mechanic opportunities, including placements with race teams and major manufacturers. These included opportunities for paid apprenticeships. We had guys racing at Le Mans, the Nürburgring, and Spa, but perhaps our greatest mark of success was that we quickly lost beneficiaries to full time employment in the Motor industry.
