“What a way to kick start 2019 as a petrol head! This really meant a lot to me knowing that top class charitable organisations like MM are out there providing excellent experiences for fellow veterans and their families”

Its not just about becoming a race driver - those opportunities are sadly very rare! However, our experience days at various race tracks offer up the opportunity to experience the thrill of motor sport. We also run driver training, car control days and regular karting sessions at various tracks across the UK. Take a look at the calendar of events here to get an idea of what we do.

We offer NVQ training in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair at our HQ in Wantage, Oxfordshire. This is a City & Guilds Lv3 certified course and is ideal for anyone looking to pursue a career in the automotive industry. We are also a LANTRA approved training centre and can offer LANTRA Professional User 4x4 courses which are nationally recognised. The training wing is in use almost everyday, courses start when you need them to and take as long as you need them to. Unlike college courses which run to set times and days our courses are designed to be run around you and your commitments. If you would like to find out more about training opportunities with Mission Motorsport please contact the vocational team using the link here.

The Mission Automotive initiative brings together companies who want to provide placement and employment opportunities for veterans. Many of our beneficiaries have found employment across a wide range of automotive companies from Jaguar Land Rover to Formula E teams. We have a dedicated vocational team who can guide you through every step of the journey on your path to a new career.
