RACE
It’s not just about becoming a race driver, as those opportunities are limited. Our experience days at race tracks across the UK give people the chance to experience the thrill of motorsport in a safe and supportive environment. RETRAIN
Through involvement in events, placements, and industry environments, we enable people to develop confidence, try new roles, and understand where their strengths lie. It provides a supported route back into work and purpose, helping individuals reconnect with a sense of direction as they move beyond military service.
