We understand that it can be hard asking for help, but rest assured you will receive a warm, friendly welcome. Many of our team have links to the military and are sympathetic to the issues you face. Whether it's a kindly ear to listen, referrals and signposting to different organisations, help to gain industry-recognised qualifications or help to widen your employment opportunities, our team will provide you with the support you need.

Its not just about becoming a race driver - those opportunities are sadly very rare!However, our experience days at various race tracks offer up the opportunity to experience the thrill of motor sport. We also run driver training, car control days and regular karting sessions at various tracks across the UK. Take a look at the calendar of events here to get an idea of what we do.

As an approved IMI training provider, we offer industry recognised qualification courses at our HQ in Wantage, Oxfordshire. An approved CTP training provider, ELCAS Credits & Resettlement grants can be utilised. These qualifications are ideal for anyone looking to pursue a career in the automotive industry. The training wing is in use almost everyday, courses start when you need them to and take as long as you need them to.

The Mission Automotive initiative brings together companies who want to provide placement and employment opportunities for veterans. Many of our beneficiaries have found employment across a wide range of automotive companies from Jaguar Land Rover to Formula E teams. We have a dedicated vocational team who can guide you through every step of the journey on your path to a new career.
