We work closely with various companies who want to provide placement and employment opportunities for veterans. Many of our beneficiaries have found employment across a wide range of automotive companies from Jaguar Land Rover to Formula E. We have dedicated Relationship Managers who provide support and guidance to the automotive industry.

We run insight visits, organise work placements and secure permanent employment for beneficiaries wishing to find a new career after leaving the military.

In 2014 we partnered with Jaguar Land Rover to help deliver their Armed Forces Engagement Program which has seen over 1000 veterans into work since the program started in 2014, and in total we’ve placed over 1700 veterans into full time employment through our partner companies.
