Technical Training Manager

Mission Motorsport presents an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the Charity’s Race Retrain Recover moto as the Technical Training Manager responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering all technical training under IMI license, and developing new training initiatives. The role is central to the success of the Charity and the support it provides service leavers, veterans and their families in their transition journeys.

The role requires excellent knowledge and understanding of training systems, good communication and organisational skills and will involve liaising with key stakeholders, training providers and contracted instructors.

Salary Banding: Gross salary £40,000 - £45,000 commensurate with experience and qualification.
