Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy

Mission Motorsport is committed to promoting equality, valuing diversity and fostering an inclusive environment across all areas of the charity’s work. The charity seeks to ensure that no individual is treated less favourably, excluded or disadvantaged as a result of discrimination.

Our Approach

We recognise that people may face disadvantage for a range of reasons, including protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010, as well as factors such as disability, health, caring responsibilities, mental health and socio‑economic background. We will take reasonable and proportionate steps to remove unnecessary barriers wherever possible.

Our Commitment

We aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, free from both intentional and unintentional discrimination, where differences are respected and valued. By doing so, the charity strengthens its ability to support the people it serves and the partners it works with.

We are committed to :

  • Ensuring that all trustees, staff and volunteers remain aware of their personal duty under current legislation.

  • Providing equality of opportunity in recruitment, employment, volunteering and service delivery.

  • Creating inclusive, welcoming events free from discrimination, harassment and bullying.

  • Making reasonable adjustments to remove barriers for disabled people and others where required.

  • Treating everyone fairly, respectfully and courteously.

Discrimination, harassment or victimisation in any form will NOT be tolerated, whether intentional or unintentional.
